【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Manage daily program governance, report on processes and escalate issues
Develop and implement strategies on risk and risk mitigation, develop contingency plans
Track and monitor progress, deliver digital projects in accordance with agreed time frames and project plans
Manage resources, allocations, project tasks, timeline and any project changes
Communicate and report on performance to both internal and external stakeholders
Facilitate decision making and problem solving issues with relevant teams while communicating with project stakeholders
Identify opportunities for continual improvement
Collaborate and develop industry partnerships
【REQUIREMENTS】
Native Japanese with conversational-level English (you should be able to interview in English and interact with international team members)
Demonstrated experience in project management and delivery of technology and digital projects
Knowledge of agile methodology
Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of commitment and ability to handle a fast-paced environment
【GOOD TO HAVE】
Industry knowledge of in financial industry (such as private banking, wealth management) or banking/financial services products
Project Management experience in digital transformation
Education in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance or other related fields
