International multidisciplinary Construction Project Management and Integrated Engineering Consultancy Firm operating on an international basis. Originally established in Italy, through the years the company has grown significantly developing and establishing a recognized standard of quality and reliability among Clients, Partners and Competitors.


The company is looking for an experienced project manager, Japanese and English speaker, who is going to be responsible for planning and overseeing Projects in Japan, from the design through the construction and project closure. The candidate will be immediately involved with EXPO2025 Osaka projects and based in OSAKA.  

  • Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.

  • Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.

  • Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.

  • Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.

  • Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.

  • Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.

  • Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.

  • Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.

  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks.

  • Monitoring site activities and reporting regularly to the Client about works progress and on-going risks/issues.

  • Managing progress meetings with Client, Contractors and Consultants, with related reporting and follow-up actions.

  • Excellent knowledge of the standards and regulations of Japan construction & engineering sector, having experience on dealing with Japanese authorities and their requirements and having knowledge of budgeting and costing.
