Award-winning global marketing agency is looking for a Project Manager to execute the production of automotive CGI 3D Model creation for our global automotive client. You will manage complex cross-functional project, planning and executing Automotive 3D CGI Model Production for omni-channel marketing purpose for mainly Japan market, using a unique data logic management system.
【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
In this role, you will be the bridge of communication for our clients and partners both in Japan and in the USA, as well as production schedule management.
Support negotiation and communication with automotive R&D, Engineering, Product Planning and Marketing Divisions both in Japan, as well as our business partner in the USA, overcoming linguistic and cultural barriers to provide a solid functional communication pipeline
Manage production schedule on projects with multiple car models for Japan regional production facility, with bridging communication with the US production partner, to achieve successful project delivery within agreed scope and budget
Production scope, schedule, and communication management both in English and Japanese
Support Program Manager to creation/stand-up of new CGI team in Yokohama, Japan – staffing needs, revenue forecasting, hiring etc.
Output report when needed including progress, status and issues

【REQUIREMENTS】
Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Some experiences in Project Management is mandatory
Fluent in both English and Japanese at business level
CGI / Digital Asset production experience is not mandatory but encouraged
Solid interpersonal skills – projects a positive, customer service-oriented attitude. This includes experience effectively communicating and coordinating work in global environment.
Be highly detail oriented and organized
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
