【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Perform due diligence within the Real Estate industry in APAC
Stay informed about key macro and government policy developments in APAC
Develop and maintain detailed financial models for analysis purposes
Provide investment recommendations to the global teams
【REQUIREMENTS】
Bachelor’s degree
Over 1 years of experience in investment research, ideally within the Real Estate industry
Solid financial modelling skills
CFA or a prospect of CFA
Fluent level English
Fluent level Mandarin Chinese or Japanese
