【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
- Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle, includes mid-career and graduate hiring in Japan and Korea 
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder, hiring manager and candidate relationships. 
- Share market knowledge with hiring managers and be viewed as “Talent Advisor” regarding recruitment-related best practices and processes. 
- Ensure data accuracy throughout the process and provide timely reporting update. 
- Meet set goals for time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, recruitment satisfaction survey, and required applicant tracking updates. 
【REQUIREMENTS】
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 
- Experience in recruitment for mid-career and graduate hiring 
- Outstanding communicator and customer service oriented. 
- Fluent in English
