【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle, includes mid-career and graduate hiring in Japan and Korea
Develop and maintain strong stakeholder, hiring manager and candidate relationships.
Share market knowledge with hiring managers and be viewed as “Talent Advisor” regarding recruitment-related best practices and processes.
Ensure data accuracy throughout the process and provide timely reporting update.
Meet set goals for time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, recruitment satisfaction survey, and required applicant tracking updates.
【REQUIREMENTS】
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience in recruitment for mid-career and graduate hiring
Outstanding communicator and customer service oriented.
Fluent in English
