Job Summary:
Drive sales and expand market presence of advanced laboratory pipetting solutions in Eastern Japan through direct customer engagement and distributor management. Provide product demonstrations, technical training, and customized solutions to pharmaceutical clients while aligning with corporate values and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell pipetting instruments and related consumables to pharmaceutical customers

  • Manage relationships with distributors to boost sales performance

  • Identify and acquire new pharmaceutical clients

  • Conduct product demos and organize educational seminars onsite

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven corporate sales experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Strong drive to meet targets

  • Excellent communication abilities

  • Proficiency with CRM systems

  • Sales strategy understanding

  • Ability to clearly explain technical products and sales techniques

  • Quick problem identification and solution negotiation using product expertise

  • Competent in preparing professional reports using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Additional Desired Experience:

  • Sales background in chemical distribution
