Job Description
This position is responsible for sales within the Medical Device Division, offering regulatory compliance services such as safety testing and certification for medical devices. Clients primarily include domestic manufacturers of active and non-active medical devices as well as in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) products.
We are seeking a proactive individual with strong communication and teamwork skills who can support the timely delivery of conformity assessment services based on international safety standards (IEC, EN, JIS, UL, CSA, ISO, etc.).
Main Responsibilities(include but are not limited to):
Drive sales activities with both new and existing clients
Prepare and manage quotations, follow-ups, and deal closures
Coordinate effectively with internal teams, including technical, management, and auditing departments
Conduct market research and provide insights on industry trends and client feedback
Forecast account needs related to demand, capacity, and resource planning

Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales or technical sales experience within the medical device industry
Results-oriented with the ability to achieve set sales targets
Proficiency in English (reading and writing), especially for internal communications and reviewing company documents
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity or prior experience in the testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) industry
B2B sales experience involving medical device products or services

Regular working hours: 9:00–18:00 (lunch break: 12:00–13:00)

6-month probation period
Estimated overtime: 1 to 30 hours per month
