About the Role

  • Lead a sales team focused on helping organizations address IT human resource development challenges.

  • Propose solutions using the company’s HR Tech platform to enhance organizational technology skills.

  • Handle the full sales cycle from identifying customer needs to delivering tailored solutions in the areas of people, organization, and development.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Support and Solution Proposals

  • Participate directly in key projects and assist with deal closures.

  • Provide recommendations on using the HR Tech platform to resolve client challenges.

  • Collect customer feedback and share insights internally to suggest product improvements.

Sales Strategy and Process Management

  • Optimize the sales process from lead generation to contract signing.

  • Manage projects, analyze results, and develop improvement plans using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Standardize effective proposal methods and documentation templates.

  • Plan and execute lead generation initiatives such as seminars and events.

Team Leadership and Management

  • Set team goals, track progress, and evaluate performance of sales members.

  • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to strengthen team members’ sales skills.

  • Design and implement strategies to achieve overall sales targets.

  • Foster collaboration with marketing, inside sales, customer success, and development teams.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS or IT solutions.

  • 3+ years of management experience leading teams.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or consulting in organizational development or HR solutions.

  • Experience proposing solutions to management, business units, or IT divisions of large companies.

  • Experience with PoC initiatives, contract negotiations, and closing long-lead projects.
