[CLIENT SUMMARY]

A leading international media and content company. We are looking for an energetic and experienced Manager, Ad Sales and Partnerships across markets and clients to contribute to the overall growth of the advertising sales and multi area of partnership business and build strong customer and all business partners relationships. To achieve both division and company targets, you will be responsible for researching advertising and production opportunities for potential and existing clients, creating unique and impactful pitches and proposal presentations.

[RESPONSIBILITIES]

• Manage revenue streams across multiple business segments, develop and collaborate on business partnerships with external sales representatives to drive sales, and manage personal, departmental, and company goals (annual revenue targets, key performance indicators, skills).
• Draft media campaign and creative plans (including digital/social media campaign plans and proposals), finalize proposals with the advertising sales team, and present them to clients.
• Manage several projects concurrently with each project teams.
• Manage highly creative branded content production pitches independently or with the team, while managing the end-to-end production process. end-to-end
• Manage multiple sales pipelines and analyze each opportunity thoroughly at every stage to maximize sales revenue.
• Develop new business and revenue opportunities, and establish long-term business partnerships.
• Monitor and track all assigned ad sales projects and revenue targets, liaising with the Sales Director and Finance team to oversee contract status, manage invoicing for completed projects, and report on successful fulfillment of agreed contracted terms for specific ad sales campaigns and annual revenue target.
• Create and update monthly reports related to revenue, accrual, invoicing and billing reconciliation for internal use.
• Create and manage monthly sales revenue & costs reporting.
• Liaise with domestic and international counterparts on creative, digital/SNS campaigns, media plan execution and traffic.

[REQUIREMENTS]

• 5+ years experience doing similar work at agencies and/or in the media advertising industry.
• Able to work well independently as well as with a team of colleagues.
• Good time management skills. Meticulous and a sharp eye for details.
• Able to work well under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Good written and spoken English is essential in addition to fluency in Japanese.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications such as, Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.
