Define and drive plans for strategic engagement with key customers and work a project manager for some of key customer projects.
Build relationships with the key client stakeholders and get their buy-in for our solutions.
Share knowledge and insights that will make them work with our solutions.
Share feedback/insight from customers with our product divisions aiming to increase our value proposition.
Develop the ecosystem to enable our solutions with partners’ solution to help customers accelerate the time to market and also to enhance the value proposition.
Co-work with clients to design & build their products on top of our solutions.
Support pre/post-sales technical activities, utilizing the resources from our internal, distributors, etc.
Understandings of how common cryptographic algorithms (e.g. SHA, AES, RSA, ECC, ECDSA, CMAC/HMAC, ECDH/ECDHE etc.) are utilized on security application use-cases is preferred.
Willingness to learn is a MUST.
Hands-on experience of embedded and/or hardware security (e.g. familiarity with hardware root of trust & trust chain concept, secure boot, ARM TrustZone, etc.) is a strong PLUS.
Working knowledge of developing applications software running on MCU/MPU/SoC.
Working knowledge of operating system such as FreeRTOS/μITRON/AUTOSAR or Linux is a PLUS.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (e.g. BSEE, BSCE) with a strong academic track record.
Min.5 years of security related experience.
Track record of successful customer engagements is preferred.
End-product development experience is a strong PLUS.
Native or equivalent Japanese and proficient English.
Customer driven - Has strong desire to make customers successful in launching their products to the market.
Ownership - Goes out of his or her way to complete a task and has relentless drive to achieve results; is independent and self-directed and take initiative.
Strategic/Critical Thinking - Systematically solves problems and hypothesizes possible client pain points, expectations, and implicit needs; brainstorms with team members to devise solutions to solve complex client challenge.
Communication - Tailor communication to the client’s needs with authority; delivers clear presentation with different technical levels to make the most impact, and has strong verbal and written communication skill.
