【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Deliver timely and high-quality monthly financial reports
Lead annual budget, monthly, and weekly rolling forecasts
Navigate various data to find opportunities and drive actions to improve business performance for the local business leaders from top line through to bottom line.
Various Tax Return filing matters through in-house people or outsourced professional firm.
Responsible for managing sales incentive planning process and administrating the plan to commercial organization.
【REQUIREMENTS】
15+ years experience in finance including business analysis
Familiar with Japan GAAP, US GAAP and Japan tax accts
Proficient in Oracle or SAP, HFM, and Excel
Fluent in both English and Japanese
Experience of Team management required mandatory
