Responsible for business development, sales lead generation, business negotiations, agreement, achievement and delivery of key accounts for Japan region.
To generate leads independently, build relationships, discuss and understand requirements, negotiate pricing and quotations and establish new sales deals from scratch.
To maintain relationships with existing leads ensuring consistent business, as well as up-sell wherever there's an opportunity.
Ensures delivery of the required service quality to customers, establishes and keeps tracks of SLAs and addresses all KPIs issues with customers along with the Med Comms Head.
Facilitates and follows-up the overall engagement between clients and the Life Sciences Service delivery team.
Business-level English skills.
Has reading comprehension of related papers in Japanese and English.
Understanding of publications plans and execute key publication tactics according to clients’ publications strategy and timelines.
Deliver sales and related objectives against territory targets and contribute to organizational and team targets
