【WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING】
Work on the development and localization of their global platforms for the Japanese market.
Help create a continuous product roadmap by working with key business stakeholders to understand business processes and explore how to solve problems with high-impact solutions.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, business development, design, analytics, and other functions to drive our business by adding value to the user experience while ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.
Work closely with the central engineering team to build a scalable solution for Japan as we grow our business.
Help define metrics to measure the health and success of the product.
Identify and execute on opportunities for user engagement to optimize user experience on our products.
Help identify key levers to grow businesses using promotional mechanisms on the product.
【WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR】
3-7 years of engineering experience building mature, modularized and scalable software systems.
Experience in building RESTful APIs or microservices using Python/Go with Relational Database (e.g PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (Redis, MongoDB) OR experience in building enterprise software using Python/Go
Experience with WebSocket will be a plus.
Understanding of DevOps software development environment: using Git, continuous integration, and automated tests. Experience with AWS will be a plus.
Familiarity and experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes will be a plus.
Ability to work with minimal supervision, self-managed will be an advantage.
Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Good grasp of computer science fundamentals.
Strong Japanese and English communications
