Senior Presales Engineer
A global leader in information management is seeking an experienced Sr. Solution Consultant (Presales Engineer) with deep expertise in DevSecOps. In this role, you will support the sales cycle by providing technical leadership, crafting solution proposals, and demonstrating how our security and DevSecOps solutions deliver value to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose tailored DevSecOps solutions
Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proof‑of‑concepts (PoCs)
Provide technical support throughout the sales process, addressing customer concerns
Build deep expertise in DevSecOps products, including capabilities and integrations
Assist in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation
Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Proven experience in presales or technical consulting, ideally in DevSecOps
Hands‑on experience deploying and configuring DevSecOps tools
Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences
Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities
Strong problem‑solving skills and customer‑focused mindset
Fluency in Japanese; English proficiency is a plus
Preferred Skills
DevSecOps‑related certifications
Familiarity with DevOps, Agile, and mobile application lifecycle
Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management workflows
