DXの追加提案・企画・実行
Global DXの推進サポート
Promote Factory DX (Involving problem identification, planning, and execution management, including fostering a DX culture)
Development of Mobile Applications (Integration with ERP and MES).
Propose, plan, and execute DX initiatives
Support our company's Global DX (Fusion)
【REQUIREMENTS】
製造業のDXにおけるテクニカルなナレッジや経験
DXプロジェクトを推進した実績（参画経験3年以上）
大規模予算のプロジェクトをハンドリングするリーダーシップおよび対人交渉力
専門的な内容をわかりやすくシンプルに他者へ伝えることができる説明力
未経験の領域に関して早期キャッチアップする自主性と意欲を持ち合わせている方
ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC 700点程度）
Technical knowledge and experience in DX in the manufacturing industry.
Track record of driving DX projects (with 3+ years of involvement).
Leadership and interpersonal negotiation skills to handle large-budget projects.
Ability to explain complex technical matters in a clear and simple manner to others.
Self-motivated and proactive in quickly catching up with unfamiliar areas.
Business English proficiency (TOEIC 700).
