  • Develop recruiting and sourcing strategies and techniques for regional roles

  • Work together with key stakeholders and people partners to understand and deliver on talent acquisition needs

  • Develop and manage process for talent benchmarking, assessment and interview

  • Understand business strategy and critical requirements for targeted search and pipelines

  • Develop localized employment marketing initiatives and referral programs for the region

  • Manage external agencies effectively and drive performance improvement

  • Adherence to best practice recruiting policies and process including internal recruitment

  • Streamline all backend activities, workday, pre-boarding documentation

  • Paly a key roles as a project member within APAC and Global TA



  • Must be fluent in Japanese, English and Korean

  • Relevant technology experience and capability

  • Understanding of local/ regional requirements and legislation as pertains to talent acquisition
