Technical Application Scientist (10M JPY Max)
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expertise to prospective and existing customers on technical capabilities and applications of the company's Gene synthesis and Antibody products, workflows
• Design and optimize Antibody discovery workflows for customers based on their specific needs.
• Participate in scientific seminars, application workshops, product demos and training for customers.
• Collaborate with customers on projects to promote and publish studies utilizing the company's Gene synthesis and Antibody products.
• Gather feedback from customers on product performance, new feature needs and workflow enhancements to improve service offering.
• Liaise closely with the sales team to convert commercial opportunities.
• Report insights on changing customer needs and market trends to the commercial team.
Requirements:
• Strong technical expertise in Antibody discovery and production.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with customers and industry KOLs.
• Passion to stay abreast of the latest advances in Antibody discovery and production technologies and applications.
