【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
- Understand the project details and share with team
- Work with project managers and create marketing strategies
- Manage team members and vendors
- Identify all requirements of the project in order to support project managers
- Understand clients’ needs and apply to projects

【REQUIREMENTS】
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Over 3 years of experience as a Web Director/Developer or Digital Producer
- Experience working with international clients based in Japan
- Fluent level Japanese, Business level English
- Solid understanding of html/css/js languages
- Solid understanding of site structure, user experiences, and site performance
【PREFERRED SKILLS】
- Technical background or experience in the IT industry
- Experience with media campaigns – Google, AdWords, Facebook, etc.
- Experience with EC performance marketing solutions
- Solid understanding of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Solid understanding of campaign tracking and AdTech landscape
