Position: Account Manager – East Japan

Overview:
We are seeking an Account Manager to manage and expand our pharma and biotech client accounts in East Japan. This role focuses on driving business growth in the Genomics sector by building strong client relationships and implementing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow assigned pharma/biotech accounts to achieve sales targets.

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the Genomics business.

  • Identify key decision-makers and provide solution-focused sales support.

  • Monitor market trends, RFP/RFI opportunities, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.

  • Conduct business reviews and present company capabilities to existing and prospective clients.

  • Collaborate with distributors to enhance revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience in the molecular biology or genomics industry.

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with pharma/biotech accounts.

  • Strong business acumen, decision-making, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across teams.
