This position calls for a highly organized and service-oriented administrative professional to support internal staff and external clients in the Japan region. Success in this role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively manage daily administrative tasks such as office maintenance, inventory tracking, and support for subcontractors and internal teams
Organize, print, and check quality of translated training materials and ensure timely delivery to program participants
Coordinate and schedule calls between training participants and coaches using email and phone communication

Requirements
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Minimum of three years’ experience in administrative or receptionist roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English
International work or study experience is a plus
Must be available to work on-site at least three days per week at the company’s Tokyo office
Must be legally authorized to work in Japan (visa sponsorship not available for this role)
