Solution Partner – Healthcare Platforms

Role Overview

This role is responsible for driving business growth across an assigned region by developing and executing a strategic territory plan aligned with evolving market conditions. Acting as a subject-matter expert for a proprietary healthcare platform, you will leverage deep product knowledge and market insight to deliver measurable value to healthcare providers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full assigned territory, creating and continuously refining a strategic territory plan based on market dynamics

  • Serve as a platform specialist, translating product capabilities and clinical value into tangible outcomes for customers

  • Build a comprehensive understanding of target healthcare institutions, including decision-making structures, stakeholder influence, and operational environments

  • Monitor industry and market trends to proactively identify opportunities and mitigate potential risks

  • Set realistic objectives and identify challenges for each account using accurate, data-driven insights

  • Design and execute customer-specific strategies, with the agility to adapt quickly as circumstances change

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, incorporating their perspectives into territory and account strategies

  • Drive effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure aligned execution

  • Conduct all business activities in compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Highly motivated to develop new markets and unlock growth opportunities

  • Comfortable operating in a sales role with a high level of independence and ownership

  • Interested in engaging with hospitals from a broad, solution-oriented perspective beyond traditional pharma or medical device sales

  • Strong ability to navigate complex organizational decision-making processes and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders, including clinicians, hospital leadership, administrative teams, procurement, and logistics/sterile processing departments

  • Capable of accelerating adoption of new clinical solutions through account-based strategies, regional networks, and effective KOL engagement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the medical device or healthcare technology sector

  • Sales background in dental or procedure-related equipment

  • Exposure to oncology-related products or solutions

  • Cross-industry experience in addition to a healthcare background

  • Intermediate-level proficiency in a foreign language
