【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
-Collaborate with the team and stakeholders mainly in Tokyo to optimize efficiency and quality in the operating model, ensuring an appropriately high standard of service is provided to the Distribution teams and clients.
-Ensure production timeliness, while meeting quality and compliance requirements Projects
-Present status updates on such projects in a timely and quality manner.
-Utilize meetings, networks and business knowledge to anticipate new requirements and any potential obstacles.
-Liaise between business partners and technology including in Legal, Compliance, Investments, Distribution, Operations, Product & Marketing, among others
【REQUIREMENTS】
-Associated degree and 3+ years’ experience working in the Asset Management industry, with client reporting or pitch book experience preferred
-Good understanding of investment and fund industry, including regulatory requirements, performance, and investment strategies
-Native Japanese speaker and effective communication in English
-Native level Japanese & business level English
