What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
-
Solid commercial experience in pharma B2B, excipients, or fine chemicals, with a focus on technical sales or business development

Strong business acumen and analytical ability to understand and address customer technical needs

Results-driven, proactive team player with an entrepreneurial mindset

Excellent Japanese and English communication skills (spoken and written); strong presentation skills required
Nice to Have

Japanese pharmacist license

Hands-on experience with formulation support or optimization

Proven success working cross-functionally and across multiple levels in a multinational environment
Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth across assigned accounts in Japan
