About the Role

A luxury international hotel in Sapporo is seeking a motivated and guest-focused Food & Beverage Guest Service Agent. In this position, you will provide high-quality service under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor, following brand standards and hotel policies.

You will be assigned to one of the hotel’s dining venues, such as the all-day dining restaurant, specialty Japanese restaurant, lobby lounge, or club lounge.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Contribution

• Introduce menu items and beverage selections to guests in a knowledgeable and engaging manner

• Promote and upsell beverages responsibly in compliance with alcohol service regulations

• Recommend signature cocktails and specialty drinks

• Support cost control initiatives and sustainability efforts such as recycling

Teamwork

• Report guest feedback, concerns, or operational issues to supervisors

• Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues

• Participate in daily briefings and team meetings

• Attend training programs to enhance service quality

Guest Service

• Deliver food and beverage service in accordance with departmental standards

• Prepare thoroughly before each service period

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages

• Handle guest feedback or complaints professionally and efficiently

• Follow proper procedures for food and beverage storage and stock management

Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to inventory control and storage procedures

• Complete additional tasks or special assignments as required

• Follow occupational health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or vocational certification in hospitality, food & beverage, or related field

• Previous experience in hospitality or F&B preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset

• Japanese language proficiency required; English skills preferred

• Must meet local regulations for food handling and alcohol service

応募条件

• 高校卒業以上、またはホスピタリティ関連の専門資格

• F&B またはホテル業界での経験歓迎

• ゲスト志向の高いコミュニケーション能力

• 日本語必須、英語ができれば尚可
