【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Responsible for providing stable and high-quality outsourcing services, in addition to member management, monitoring/visualizing business operations, reporting to customers and in-house, and continuous improvement through automation introduction and process improvement. Planning, implementation, etc.
In order to provide high-quality outsourcing services, we are in charge of everything from system planning to system requirements definition and system operation support, and act as a coordinator with clients and development engineers.
This is a position that specializes in the provision of business process services (delivery) in projects.
The type of project you will participate in will be determined according to your experience, cultivated skills and background, and your career aspirations.
Locations: Fukuoka, Kumamoto, Osaka, Tokyo

Realization of fine-tuned support for workers in charge of work through standardization of work and work support, etc.
Efficient and effective utilization of systems strategically Continuous promotion of business improvement and reform by realization of efficient management and analysis of data accumulated in the system
【REQUIREMENTS】
Business-level Japanese
Those who have 1+ year of experience in any of the following:
Experience in system development, introduction, and maintenance
Experience in project leading, team management, business improvement at business company or client work, BPR experience
