【Job Responsibilities】
We provide consulting and tailor-made training programs in English to support clients who are leading global organizations and businesses around the world:
Analysis of the client's global management strategy and issues
Analysis of organizational/human resource issues to realize the strategy
Design, proposal, and delivery of human resource development programs to resolve issues
You will take the lead in all of these activities, involving a wide range of people of various nationalities. You will work as a partner of management and the HR department, and as a group of professionals in strategic HR (human resource development and organizational development directly related to management issues) at the intersection of "management x HR", you will be involved in the transformation of the company and promote the work.
We also collaborate with overseas offices in Shanghai, Singapore, Thailand, the US, and Europe to provide dynamic solutions to issues.
【Qualifications】
At least 3 years in the workforce - mid-30's
Bachelor's or Master's degree or higher (Master's degree is preferred, especially if you are over 35 years old)
Fluent Japanese (N1, possibly N2) and fluent English
Able to verbalize a strong interest in the area of human resource development and organizational development.
Not passive, but proactive in achieving the mission you want to fulfill.
Have a positive attitude toward self-improvement
Have a sense of ownership over their career, not just a career "path".
People who are highly interested in human resource development, organizational development, etc.
People who have a strong initiative
People who are interested in team play.
People who can propose projects and take action to implement them.
People who have experience in thinking about "why" in a company with a strong product or structure over the long-term
