Role Summary
Provide corporate governance and administrative support for international clients operating in Japan, handling statutory procedures and coordinating with legal professionals.
Main Duties
Prepare filings and documentation required under Japanese corporate laws
Explain Japanese corporate procedures and practices to overseas clients in English.
Manage client company seals, documentation handling, and coordination with external parties (e.g., leases, insurance).
Assist with local bank account opening.
Perform related admin tasks: scanning, delivery arrangements, filing, data management.
Visit government offices to obtain certified documents and handle basic errands.
Requirements
2+ years in corporate secretarial or entity management work involving Japanese Companies Act procedures.
Native-level Japanese; business-level English.
Basic–intermediate PC skills.
Strong teamwork and confidentiality awareness.
International firm experience preferred.

Onsite role (no remote).
Hours: 9:30–18:00 (7.5 hours).
