Responsibilities / 仕事内容
Identify and support creators with high potential in commerce; provide training and growth plans
商材に強みを持つクリエイターを発掘・支援し、トレーニングや成長プランを設計・実行Manage business results including creator numbers, content engagement, retention, and sustainable growth
クリエイター数、コンテンツエンゲージメント、定着率、持続的成長などの主要KPIの管理Develop and implement affiliate program strategies; design education programs for creators and partners
ビジネスニーズに基づくアフィリエイト戦略の策定および教育プログラムの設計・実行Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance creator experience; launch campaigns, brand collaborations, product activations
部門横断的な連携によりクリエイター体験を改善し、キャンペーン・ブランド提携・商品ローンチ等を企画Drive efficient and cost-effective programs, content initiatives, incentive strategies to accelerate creator growth
効率的かつ費用対効果の高いプログラム・コンテンツ戦略・インセンティブ施策を立案・推進Solve complex problems, adapt to frequent changes, and provide scalable solutions
複雑な課題を分解し、柔軟に対応しながらスケーラブルなソリューションを構築
Requirements / 応募要件
Minimum Qualifications / 必須条件
Strong logical analysis skills, data-driven, detail-oriented, problem-solving ability
論理的分析力、データドリブンな思考、細部への注意力、課題解決能力Experience managing diverse teams or agencies
多様なチームまたは代理店のマネジメント経験Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams
多様なメンバーとの円滑なコミュニケーション・協働スキルFamiliarity with affiliate programs and content-based platforms preferred
アフィリエイトプログラムやコンテンツプラットフォームの知識があれば尚可Fluent in Japanese and English, with cross-cultural communication ability
日本語・英語ともに流暢で、異文化コミュニケーション能力を有する方
Preferred Qualifications / 歓迎条件
3–5 years of relevant experience in content-based platforms
コンテンツ系プラットフォームでの関連経験3〜5年以上Strong network with creators and creator agencies
クリエイターやクリエイター代理店との強いコネクションExcellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
優れた対人スキルおよびコミュニケーション能力（口頭・文書）Flexibility in a dynamic organizational environment
変化の多い組織環境に柔軟に対応できる力
