【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Conduct negotiations (including price negotiations) with university hospitals and other medical facilities to introduce the company’s product.
After introducing the product to clients, you must follow-up to customer inquiries (customer success)
Responsible for establishing and promoting a customer success team, including the management of team members as the organization grows.

【REQUIREMENTS】
At least 3 years of experience in SaaS business and leadership experience.
Experience in inside sales to customer success.
Experience in networking with university hospitals, hospitals or government agencies, etc.
Fluent Japanese and English
