An international start-up based in Fukuoka that's working on digital pathology technology to improve processes around medical imaging.


  • Conduct negotiations (including price negotiations) with university hospitals and other medical facilities to introduce the company’s product.

  • After introducing the product to clients, you must follow-up to customer inquiries (customer success)

  • Responsible for establishing and promoting a customer success team, including the management of team members as the organization grows.


  • The company has partnerships with more than 50 leading joint research facilities in Japan and overseas, allowing you to work with a wide range of stakeholders on projects.

  • Work closely with the top management team of the company, giving you good exposure

  • Gain advanced knowledge in the field of medical AI.


  • At least 3 years of experience in SaaS business and leadership experience.

  • Experience in inside sales to customer success.

  • Experience in networking with university hospitals, hospitals or government agencies, etc.

  • Fluent Japanese and English
