Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customers’ clinical questions about post-marketing products using scientific and clinical knowledge.

  • Create and deliver educational programs and materials to strengthen the company brand.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clinical KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).

  • Work with KOLs to develop treatment protocols suitable for Japanese patients.

  • Collaborate with marketing to create effective clinical promotional tools.

  • Train and develop sales representatives to improve their clinical knowledge and support strategic selling.

  • Provide ongoing support to customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct product training for customers (both surgical and non-surgical products).

  • Perform product demonstrations for potential customers.

  • Achieve consumable sales revenue targets.

  • Work closely with sales and clinical teams to meet customer expectations.

  • Identify and resolve customer issues effectively.

Required Competencies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to explain complex information clearly (written and verbal).

  • Good problem-solving skills and enjoy troubleshooting.

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Adaptable and comfortable in a changing business environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint (for presentations).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (for data analysis).

  • English literacy required.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as a nurse.

  • Experience in medical devices preferred.
