Key Responsibilities
Answer customers’ clinical questions about post-marketing products using scientific and clinical knowledge.
Create and deliver educational programs and materials to strengthen the company brand.
Build and maintain relationships with clinical KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).
Work with KOLs to develop treatment protocols suitable for Japanese patients.
Collaborate with marketing to create effective clinical promotional tools.
Train and develop sales representatives to improve their clinical knowledge and support strategic selling.
Provide ongoing support to customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Conduct product training for customers (both surgical and non-surgical products).
Perform product demonstrations for potential customers.
Achieve consumable sales revenue targets.
Work closely with sales and clinical teams to meet customer expectations.
Identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
Required Competencies
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain complex information clearly (written and verbal).
Good problem-solving skills and enjoy troubleshooting.
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Adaptable and comfortable in a changing business environment.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint (for presentations).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (for data analysis).
English literacy required.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as a nurse.
Experience in medical devices preferred.
