About the Role
Data Architecture Consultants play a critical role in enabling data-driven business transformation by designing, governing, and operationalizing enterprise data assets. As organizations increasingly recognize data as a core management asset, the need for robust data architecture, governance, and utilization frameworks has become central to digital transformation and AI initiatives.
With the rapid adoption of generative AI, new challenges have emerged—such as ensuring trusted data, enabling secure data sharing, and building scalable knowledge architectures. In this role, you will support clients from strategy formulation through implementation and organizational transformation, leveraging the latest data management and governance technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Formulate enterprise-level data strategies aligned with business objectives
Design and implement data governance frameworks and operating models
Develop data models aligned to client business processes
Lead and support data integration initiatives and architecture design
Define and implement data management capabilities (e.g., data quality, metadata, data catalogs)
Provide education and training to promote effective data utilization across organizations
Collaborate with client stakeholders ranging from operational teams to executive leadership (including CDOs)
Project Examples
Manufacturing: Design and implementation of data visualization and analytics platforms for production processes
Retail: Customer data architecture and analytics to support marketing strategy development
Finance: Enterprise data integration platforms supporting risk management and compliance

Required Experience & Skills
Associate / Senior Associate
Must have at least one of the following:
Hands-on experience in database design and data management
Working knowledge of SQL or similar data manipulation languages
Practical experience in data analysis (experience with BI tools preferred)
Manager and Above
Experience leading or managing multiple projects (IT or data-related)
Team leadership experience, including mentoring and developing junior members
Preferred Experience & Skills
Experience planning, designing, and implementing data utilization or data integration platforms for DX initiatives
Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) systems
Experience establishing data governance frameworks, policies, and operating models
Experience implementing data management capabilities such as data catalogs and data quality management
