Maintain knowledge of current best practices in the field of compensation and benefits
Provide ongoing consulting and collaboration with business and HR Business Partners
Provide project management/support for projects related to Compensation & Benefits
Design/update and administer variable pay and benefit programs
【REQUIREMENTS】
Fluent in both Japanese and English
No preference in Industry
