- Benchmarking and analysis 
- Maintain knowledge of current best practices in the field of compensation and benefits 
- Provide ongoing consulting and collaboration with business and HR Business Partners 
- Provide project management/support for projects related to Compensation & Benefits 
- Design/update and administer variable pay and benefit programs 
【REQUIREMENTS】
- Fluent in both Japanese and English 
- No preference in Industry
