Support managing the vendors direct contracted with the client
Manage the facility maintenance schedule
Reception system management
Switchboard service management
Office furniture management
Security system management and security card operation
MAC service management (Small layout change for opex project)
Support meetings and internal events
Support AC equipment (owned by the client) maintenance by managing the vendor direct contracted with the client
Evacuation drill support
Fulfil ad-hoc requests from the client in a timely manner.
Submit the monthly report and KPI scorecard by the deadline.
Prepare the monthly Newsletter and ad-hoc announcements
Prior experience or knowledge of facility management, service desk, and mailroom operation
Strong English writing skills are required (Monthly report and email correspondence)
English speaking skills are preferred (Switchboard services)
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
