Overview
This is a site-based engineering role responsible for overseeing facility operations and maintenance. The engineer acts as the technical point of contact, ensuring that services are delivered in line with contractual obligations, performance targets, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Operations & Vendor Management
Monitor and analyze the performance of electrical and mechanical systems supporting critical operations
Identify and resolve technical issues and system failures
Collaborate with team members to meet performance indicators defined in service agreements
Ensure all maintenance and operations comply with internal policies and government regulations
Support energy-saving initiatives to reduce operational costs
Manage vendors and oversee scheduled audits and equipment repairs
Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules with helpdesk and facility teams
Provide technical solutions to client issues
Implement planned preventive maintenance programs
Client & Stakeholder Relations
Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders regarding technical matters
Financial Oversight
Ensure financial operations meet targets and follow internal procedures
Monitor payment processes and contract costs to align with company standards
Health & Safety Compliance
Participate in safety reviews before work begins
Ensure the site remains safe and raise concerns when necessary
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facility management, or equivalent qualification
Minimum 4 years of experience in facility management, real estate, hospitality, or related fields
Experience in incident reporting, vendor management, and procurement
Ability to work in diplomatic or high-security environments
Proficiency in both English and Japanese at a business level

ベンダー管理、設備の監査・修理の実施
ヘルプデスクやFM担当と連携し、予防保守のスケジュール調整
クライアントへの技術的な課題解決の提案
予防保守プログラムの実施
クライアント・ステークホルダー対応
技術的な課題に関する円滑なコミュニケーション
財務管理
財務運営が目標を満たしているかの確認
支払プロセスの監視、契約コストの適正化
安全衛生管理
作業前の安全作業方法のレビュー参加
サイトの安全性を常に確保し、必要に応じて問題提起
応募資格
エンジニアリングまたは施設管理関連の学位・資格
施設管理、不動産、ホスピタリティ等での実務経験（4年以上）
インシデント対応、ベンダー管理、調達の経験
外交的・高セキュリティ環境での業務経験または対応力
英語・日本語ともにビジネスレベルの運用能力
