Role Overview
Guided by an AI-first enterprise architecture philosophy, this role leads business transformation initiatives through the strategic integration of data and artificial intelligence. Responsibilities span from conceptual strategy development to execution and operationalization.
You will collaborate closely with client executives, internal leadership, and global delivery teams to design and implement data- and AI-enabled transformation programs that deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Data & AI Strategy / Use Case Development

Define AI-driven transformation concepts aligned with executive-level business priorities

Design and validate AI and data use cases within business processes

Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure value realization and effectiveness
Data Architecture Assessment & Roadmap

Evaluate current-state data environments, including quality, timeliness, accessibility, and security

Recommend modernization and expansion strategies for enterprise data architectures
-
Assess enterprise data platforms and overall architectural maturity
AI Implementation & Proof of Concept Planning

Design and lead AI-based Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives
-
Support decision-making for AI deployment and operational scaling
-
Evaluate AI model performance and define governance, usage, and risk management guidelines
Global Collaboration & Solution Development

Co-develop advanced Data × AI solutions with global Centers of Excellence

Lead hybrid delivery initiatives involving multinational project teams

Contribute to cross-border proposal development and execution strategies
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

Lead project teams and mentor junior consultants

Engage senior client stakeholders and internal executives

Support consulting pre-sales activities, proposal preparation, and business development
Required Qualifications

Strong expertise in data and AI technologies with hands-on project experience (consulting or implementation)

Experience participating in consulting engagements

Working knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)

Experience delivering projects across multiple industries
Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading digital transformation or data-related consulting initiatives

Consulting pre-sales or proposal development experience

Practical knowledge of project and data management frameworks such as PMBOK and DMBOK

Experience designing data governance and master data management (MDM) frameworks

Experience in BI, AI-driven analytics, data visualization, and collaboration solution design

Industry domain knowledge (specific industry expertise not mandatory)

Salary Review: Based on internal policy and performance
Discretionary Work System
Applicable depending on grade
Discretionary allowance: ¥60,000–¥80,000 per month
Compensation
Salary will be determined based on experience, expertise, and internal compensation guidelines.
