【REQUIREMENTS】
More than 20 years of combined relevant experience in the data center, telecommunications, real estate or adjacent industries e.g. REIT across different functions, with emphasis on business development, financial/investment management and stakeholder management
Proven experience as General Manager or in other equivalent managerial positions
Ability to effectively lead in a matrixed global and regional organization.
Strong networks with key clients and stakeholders in the data center, telecommunications, real estate development industries in Japan
Strategic thinking skills to distill business implications from industry data and propose recommendations at the country level.
