Job Title: Global Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role
This position plays a central role in shaping global digital marketing activities, managing the company’s owned website, driving content strategy, supporting personalization initiatives, and collaborating across teams to enhance overall digital performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website Strategy & Operations
Develop and implement the global strategy for the company’s owned website, ensuring alignment with brand goals and driving traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Manage daily operations of the centralized website, including global and local content updates, UX improvements, and technical maintenance.
Partner with design, development, product, and other teams to build and launch campaigns, product pages, and promotional content.
Monitor site analytics and performance metrics to guide optimization, improve conversions, and inform SEO initiatives.
Maintain brand consistency by ensuring updated messaging, visual standards, and a responsive, user-friendly experience across devices.
2. Web Content Creation
Lead global content strategies and campaign execution to ensure relevance and value for target audiences.
Produce engaging website content, including SEO-focused materials, aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
Oversee the full content lifecycle—from planning to publishing—collaborating closely with internal teams and tracking performance.
3. Personalization & Segmentation
Manage implementation of personalized digital experiences, particularly for key launches, to deliver relevant and premium customer journeys.
Build deep knowledge of customer personas and apply insights to tailor messaging and interactions across customer touchpoints.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Analyze website performance data and prepare regular KPI reports (traffic, engagement, conversions, email metrics).
Use insights to refine digital strategies, enhance user experience, and strengthen the customer journey.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure website content and personalized assets are on-brand and visually cohesive.
Partner with local markets and product teams to integrate campaign strategies, product releases, and customer insights.
Support the sharing of best practices across teams.
6. Digital Trends & Technology
Stay updated on emerging digital trends and proactively share insights across teams.
Support the development of digital capabilities by making technical or data-driven insights accessible and actionable.
What Makes You a Strong Candidate
Must-Have Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
Strong understanding of tools such as Google Analytics/Ads, CMS platforms, SEO, SEM, and CRM, with ability to learn new tools quickly.
Strong project management skills for coordinating multiple stakeholders across internal and external teams.
Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
High interest in digital marketing trends and continuous learning.
Fluency in both Japanese and English.
Nice-to-Have Experience
Experience in SEO and content marketing strategy.
Basic HTML/CSS skills for web updates.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
Background working in international or APAC regional environments.
Experience in consumer goods or related fast-moving industries.
