【Job Summary】
This role functions as the central point of coordination for training initiatives across a corporate group. The position involves leading the planning and execution of group-wide training programs aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. It requires collaboration with multiple internal companies to ensure a balance between training quality and cost-effectiveness.
【Job Responsibilities】
70%: Plan and review group-level training programs based on corporate strategy. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive execution and lead overall implementation.
20%: Gain alignment with C-suite executives and senior HR leaders across group companies on training strategy and plans, including preparing high-quality proposal materials and leading intercompany collaboration.
10%: Contribute to internal organizational management and human resource development activities within the broader HR function, including cross-functional initiatives.
【Language Requirements】
English proficiency is preferred, particularly for written communication such as emails with stakeholders and training participants. However, it is not mandatory.
【Requirements】
Experience
Candidates must meet all of the following criteria:
Proven success in designing and implementing large-scale training programs in medium to large enterprises
At least 2 years of experience working in or consulting for a professional services or consulting firm
Experience in managing teams of 10 or more people
Skills
Candidates must demonstrate:
Strong analytical thinking and problem-identification skills based on data
High-level presentation and document creation skills, particularly for executive audiences
Advanced coordination and communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience (any of the following are a plus):
HR experience in a professional services firm
Manager-level experience in consulting
Experience in designing and launching internal training programs (as opposed to outsourcing)
Practical experience using English in a professional setting
