【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Oversee general human resources functions for all employees across corporate and retail locations.
Maintain strong collaboration with the global HR team based in Italy to ensure alignment with overall HR strategy.
Stay proactive and aligned with current HR trends and company objectives.
Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, including job needs assessment, role definition, choosing effective hiring methods, and candidate selection.
Handle employee relations issues, taking appropriate actions to resolve conflicts between staff and the organization.
Coordinate and oversee training and development programs for retail leadership and staff.
Provide day-to-day support for HR-related inquiries and issues within retail operations.
Lead organizational development initiatives to better understand and enhance team dynamics at the Tokyo office and across all retail locations.
Conduct regular performance, goal-setting, and career development reviews for all employees.
Carry out employee interviews and store visits to assess and improve engagement and workplace morale.
Collaborate closely with the Finance team to plan and manage HR-related budgets.
Work jointly with Finance to ensure effective implementation and administration of compensation and reward systems.
【REQUIREMENTS】
• Minimum 5-10 years HR experience in the luxury fashion industry;
• Extensive knowledge of employee relations, performance management, benefits, compensation and development.

• Someone knowledgeable about labor laws and regulations;
• Possess a strong understanding of HR measures within a retail operations and environment;
• Ability to communicate in English via email and verbally;
• Customer focused and able to build strong relationships
