 【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】

  • Oversee general human resources functions for all employees across corporate and retail locations.

  • Maintain strong collaboration with the global HR team based in Italy to ensure alignment with overall HR strategy.

  • Stay proactive and aligned with current HR trends and company objectives.

  • Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, including job needs assessment, role definition, choosing effective hiring methods, and candidate selection.

  • Handle employee relations issues, taking appropriate actions to resolve conflicts between staff and the organization.

  • Coordinate and oversee training and development programs for retail leadership and staff.

  • Provide day-to-day support for HR-related inquiries and issues within retail operations.

  • Lead organizational development initiatives to better understand and enhance team dynamics at the Tokyo office and across all retail locations.

  • Conduct regular performance, goal-setting, and career development reviews for all employees.

  • Carry out employee interviews and store visits to assess and improve engagement and workplace morale.

  • Collaborate closely with the Finance team to plan and manage HR-related budgets.

  • Work jointly with Finance to ensure effective implementation and administration of compensation and reward systems.

 

【REQUIREMENTS】 

 

• Minimum 5-10 years HR experience in the luxury fashion industry;

• Extensive knowledge of employee relations, performance management, benefits, compensation and development.

• Someone knowledgeable about labor laws and regulations;

• Possess a strong understanding of HR measures within a retail operations and environment;

• Ability to communicate in English via email and verbally;

• Customer focused and able to build strong relationships
