Position Overview: Senior HR / Recruitment Leader

This role is responsible for leading recruitment and broader HR initiatives within a large, multi-site operational organization. The position plays a key role in strengthening talent acquisition strategies, improving HR systems, and supporting business growth through data-driven decision-making.

Key Qualifications and Experience

Required Skills and Experience

  • Professional experience in human resources or recruitment, including leadership or managerial responsibilities

  • Proven track record of managing or leading recruitment teams

  • Experience designing, improving, and implementing HR policies in collaboration with operational teams

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with practical experience using tools such as Excel

  • Ability to conduct daily business communication via email in English

Preferred Experience

  • HR experience within multi-location, on-site operational environments such as the service or hospitality industries

  • Experience implementing and managing HR data systems and people analytics

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Able to analyze recruitment, retention, and turnover as structural and systemic issues rather than individual cases

  • Skilled in solving HR challenges through process and system design

  • Capable of making sound decisions based on a solid understanding of business operations

  • Able to remain calm, prioritize effectively, and execute decisively in fast-changing environments

Compensation

  • Estimated annual salary range: JPY 10–15 million

  • Final compensation determined based on experience and skills

  • Discretionary bonus potential of up to 30% of base salary
