【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Assisting employees and managers with general HR questions
Responsible for employee counseling concerning work-related problems, disciplinary matters, conducting exit interviews, etc.
Advising People Managers on HR policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions
Leading or co-ordinating activities for HR process/ service improvement
Reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Managing staff benefits system
Supporting international secondments for work permits, visas, accommodation, and tax
Conducting orientation for new employees
Submitting reports / surveys to government agencies as required
Identifying areas of process enhancement and improving processes
Leading monthly health and safety committee
Tracking overtime every month and ensuring health check
Build relationships/networks within Japan and globally
【REQUIREMENTS】
3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in HR operations
Understanding of HR processes and practices
Experience in using HR systems and databases
Project Management Skills
Proven experience working in a demanding, multicultural HR environment
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to execute multi-tasks
Able to build relationships at all levels
Strong business acumen and ability to engage key stakeholders/ customers
Analytical and possess problem solving skills
