Job Title: Income Auditor

Job Summary:
As an integral member of our Finance team, the Income Auditor ensures the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of the hotel’s daily revenue records. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a strong understanding of hotel operations, and collaboration across departments to support informed financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and reconcile daily revenue from all hotel outlets, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, and other revenue-generating departments.
Prepare timely and accurate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review.
Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in revenue postings, billing, or cash handling.
Ensure proper recording of adjustments, refunds, and voids in the hotel’s accounting system.
Collaborate closely with Front Office, F&B, and other operational teams to ensure accurate revenue reporting.
Maintain thorough documentation to support audits and internal controls.
Assist with month-end closing processes and preparation of financial statements.
Support internal and external audits by providing precise revenue data and explanations.
Continuously review and improve procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel accounting, revenue auditing, or a similar financial role.
Previous experience in hotel operations (Rooms Division, F&B) is highly welcomed.
Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and accounting software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English; conversational level sufficient for collaboration with international colleagues and teams.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic hotel environment.
Preferred:
Experience in a luxury or international hotel brand.
Familiarity with multiple departmental revenue streams and hospitality-specific accounting practices.
Understanding of operational workflows in Front Office and F&B departments.
