Job Title: Income Auditor

Job Summary:
As an integral member of our Finance team, the Income Auditor ensures the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of the hotel’s daily revenue records. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a strong understanding of hotel operations, and collaboration across departments to support informed financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and reconcile daily revenue from all hotel outlets, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, and other revenue-generating departments.
- Prepare timely and accurate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in revenue postings, billing, or cash handling.
- Ensure proper recording of adjustments, refunds, and voids in the hotel’s accounting system.
- Collaborate closely with Front Office, F&B, and other operational teams to ensure accurate revenue reporting.
- Maintain thorough documentation to support audits and internal controls.
- Assist with month-end closing processes and preparation of financial statements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing precise revenue data and explanations.
- Continuously review and improve procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel accounting, revenue auditing, or a similar financial role.
- Previous experience in hotel operations (Rooms Division, F&B) is highly welcomed.
- Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English; conversational level sufficient for collaboration with international colleagues and teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic hotel environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in a luxury or international hotel brand.
- Familiarity with multiple departmental revenue streams and hospitality-specific accounting practices.
- Understanding of operational workflows in Front Office and F&B departments.
