Role Summary
The Interior Designer will work on workplace design projects for international clients, contributing from concept development through to construction documentation. The role involves both independent and collaborative work, client interaction, and the use of 3D visualization tools to communicate design ideas effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Develop design concepts and produce documentation for workplace interiors
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Use 3D software to visualize and present design ideas
Attend client and site meetings to ensure design intent is maintained
Coordinate with vendors to assess feasibility and support implementation
Maintain a professional presence in client-facing and industry settings
Qualifications
Degree in design, architecture, or a related field
Open to candidates at junior, mid, or senior levels depending on experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp
Additional 3D software skills (e.g., Rhino, Enscape) are a plus
Solid understanding of design and construction processes
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Japanese and English communication skills are desirable but not mandatory
