Job Description
Position Title: IT Change Manager
Domain: Change Management, CAB, ECAB, J-SOX Audit
Role Summary:
Manages the IT change control process, ensuring all changes are reviewed, approved, and implemented in compliance with internal policies and J-SOX audit requirements.
Primary: ITIL Change Management (CAB/ECAB)
Secondary: Change Risk & Impact Assessment (Technical Evaluation)
Tertiary: J‑SOX / SOX Compliance
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and lead CAB and ECAB meetings.
- Review and assess change requests for risk and impact.
- Ensure documentation and approvals are complete and audit-ready.
- Monitor change implementation and post-change reviews.
- Maintain change logs and generate compliance reports.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure change readiness and rollback planning.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of ITIL change management processes.
- Experience with J-SOX or SOX compliance.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation practices.
- Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Strong stakeholder management skills in both Japanese cultural contexts and global environments.
