Job Description

Position Title: IT Change Manager
Domain: Change Management, CAB, ECAB, J-SOX Audit
Role Summary:
Manages the IT change control process, ensuring all changes are reviewed, approved, and implemented in compliance with internal policies and J-SOX audit requirements.

Primary: ITIL Change Management (CAB/ECAB)

Secondary: Change Risk & Impact Assessment (Technical Evaluation)

 Tertiary: J‑SOX / SOX Compliance

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and lead CAB and ECAB meetings.

  • Review and assess change requests for risk and impact.

  • Ensure documentation and approvals are complete and audit-ready.

  • Monitor change implementation and post-change reviews.

  • Maintain change logs and generate compliance reports.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure change readiness and rollback planning.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of ITIL change management processes.

  • Experience with J-SOX or SOX compliance.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation practices.

  • Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills in both Japanese cultural contexts and global environments.
