IT Support / Helpdesk Analyst – Tokyo (Trading Environment)
Position Summary
Join a global IT operations team in Tokyo supporting users across front, middle, and back office functions in a fast-paced trading environment. This is an entry-level to early-career role offering hands-on experience and strong learning opportunities within a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for end users, including hardware, software, and basic application issues
Log, track, and update incidents and service requests, escalating when necessary
Support onboarding and offboarding activities for new and departing employees
Assist with system setups, device deployments, and routine IT maintenance tasks
Work closely with senior team members and follow established support procedures
Required Skills & Experience
1–2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support
Native level Japanese / N1 Japanese
Basic English level
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
